Hi, I’m Cindy—a leadership strategist, speaker, and advocate for redefining how we lead and live. My mission is to help leaders break free from outdated paradigms, anchoring their confidence and worth within so they can show up authentically in every role they play—at work, at home, and everywhere in between.

My journey has been shaped by resilience. As the daughter of refugees and a first-generation professional, I’ve experienced the weight of expectations and the transformative power of self-discovery. When my sister suffered a severe brain injury at 17, my world shifted, and I stepped into a role I never expected—one that taught me the value of leading with compassion, adaptability, and courage. That experience inspired my path and deepened my commitment to helping others navigate their own challenges with clarity and conviction.

Professionally, I’ve spent over 15 years in leadership development, from pharmaceutical sales training to global initiatives in Fortune 500 organizations. Along the way, I’ve earned advanced degrees in English, instructional design, and organizational development, and I’ve built expertise in areas like trauma-informed leadership, neuroscience-backed strategies, and coaching for transformation. Through my proprietary Lead from the MIRROR™ framework, I help leaders not just improve their skills but completely reimagine their approach to leadership—from the inside out.

What sets me apart is my belief that leadership isn’t just about driving results—it’s about showing up as your whole self, cultivating joy and meaning, and leaving a positive impact on the lives you touch. I’ve spent over 15 years in Fortune 500 boardrooms, watching leaders chase titles, promotions, and external success. But behind closed doors, I saw something different—leaders feeling burnt out, disconnected, and unsure of their purpose. I know that feeling because I was there too—pushing for success while quietly losing touch with who I really was.

My turning point came when I realized that true leadership isn’t about chasing external markers of success—it’s about aligning who you are on the inside with how you show up in the world.
